Strike One coaches use an assortment of individualized drills and strategies to be able to convey a message of making adjustments. Terminology is paramount in helping an athlete be able to adjust and overcome whether that is making mechanical or mental adjustments. Baseball/Softball is a game of Failure, so an athlete must adjust to not fail. Therefore, Baseball/Softball is a game of adjustments. We here at Strike One Academy enthusiastically want to help your Son/Daughter be able to make those adjustments in the game!
